For many people it is ratter difficult to differenciate if the words endind in -ly belong to adjectives or adverbs.

So here is a kind of rule. Key is quite simple.

All depends on what kind of word results when dropping the -ly end of the word.

If the word removed the -ly end results in a noun, the word is an adjective, and if the word removed the -ly end results in an adjective, the world is and adverb.

Let me show you with an example.

Adjective ______Noun
heavenly _____heaven
wifely ______wife

Adverb _______Adjective
quietly _______quiet
sweetly ______ sweet

What's the most difficult topic for learning the English language as an ESL student?

Well to my view an aspect rather difficult of learning and managing are adverbs because there is a great quantity of them.

There are some kinds of adverbs and in each category or kind there also is a great quantity of them that I can't remember exactly how they work, I mean the place they use in the structure, what they mean exactly , and of couse the the applicable rules to each one.

I have studied adverbs many times, but I often get lost in the subject due to the huge number of them, and the topic becomes pretty boring resulting in a drop until the next time that I want to resume the subject of so-called adverbs.

Ecuador is one of the most beautiful contries all around the world beacuse it has many things of what many other contries don't do. Ecuador for example has delicious food, the sea food from our coast region. Imagine for example a swrimp ceviche. If you are in the highland region I'm sure you have tasted a fried pork, fried banana, corn and a potatoes dish.

In the case of places to visit, there are so many places so close to go that you dont have to waste so much time and money.

People is another important factor, most Ecuadorian persons are kind , caring , hardworking and like sharing time with family and friends.

Ecuador is a contry where liberty is still one option, anyone can go wherever and whenever.
Each place you go has it own particualrities regarding people, music, food, customs, religion, etc.

Besides, in Ecuador you will find a complete diversity of animals and plants rather difficult of finding in other contries and even continents.

In short, Ecuador is a blessing from God.

The English language is in my opinion one of the most important ones in the nowadays world, because it isn't so strict in its use but rather it allows mutations that give us the chance of using it according to our convinience. Its rules exist but they don't apply to everything, on the contrary there are always the exceptiones.
